A real estate sale is more than a transaction; it is a transition. I understand this as well as anyone as I moved often and lived in many parts of the country while earning a Masters in Accountancy and in my earlier career as a data analyst.
Originally an Illinois farm girl, my career took me to Washington D.C., Chicago, San Francisco, New Orleans and Seattle. Seattle is a beautiful city comprised of so many unique neighborhoods of distinctive charm. I have had the pleasure of living in Green Lake and the University District. I am now proud to own a mid-century modern home in the vibrant Columbia City neighborhood.
In addition to my love of home, I am a gardener, bicyclist and pie maker. I also volunteer at The Somalia Family Safety Task Force teaching sewing to East African Immigrants.
As a real estate agent, I will provide attention to detail as well as an understanding of financial aspects of transactions and experience working with a timeline in mind. For sellers I provide guidance in pricing your home supported by detailed market analysis, preparing your home for sale and analyzing offers.
For buyers I will work with you prior to looking for a home to ensure you are prepared with the most compelling offer possible in this tight housing market when we find a home for you. I will negotiate strongly for you by presenting the offer in person when possible.
Additionally, at Quorum - Laurelhurst, I’m a member of a collaborative dynamic team who will ensure you are getting the best possible solutions and support.
Everyone at the Quorum - Laurelhurst office is a member of the National Association of Realtors and has made a commitment to treat everyone professionally and ethically.
I look forward to working with you and ensuring your transition is smooth and rewarding.
