My passion for real estate began in the age of five. It was then when I began simulating a real estate development project with a huge box of LEGO pieces and play money. At the personal level, I am passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. It was that motivation that drove me to help others fulfill their lifelong dreams.
Prior to joining Quorum - Laurelhurst, I have had professional experience in managing commercial and residential properties as well as performing feasibility studies for a local property developer. With a background in Electrical Engineering, I bring a detail-oriented approach to solving your real estate needs. In addition, I am able to apply the use of innovative technologies to help you achieve your goals.
For Sellers
Research by The Nielsen Company* has shown that global consumers spend nearly 6 hours per month on social media sites like Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter in December 2009. To be very honest, I spend at least 60 hours per month. As a part of my marketing strategy, I am a strong believer in leveraging the power of social media and viral marketing.
- Facebook group page to promote your home and announce open houses
- Twitter posts followed by potential home buyers in the Seattle area
- Blog post to share thoughts about your home and the neighborhood
- Professional photography that showcase the best of your home
- Print or electronic announcements to neighbors and home buyers in our network
For Buyers
Behold the famous proverb: "Location, location, location." The three Ls of real estate. Not only is it important to find a home that fits your needs, it is just as important to pick the location that best fits your goals. There are many features of a neighborhood that aren't noticeable until one starts experiencing it.
As a lifelong resident in the Seattle area, I can put my insider knowledge to help you find your dream property to live, work and/or play.
