I am seeing more and more investor's in the market at the moment. And the market is starting to feel healthy again. Good homes, accurately priced under $400,000 in North Seattle are selling with multiple offers in the first 2 weeks. Buyer activity in gerneral has really picked up in the last month. And in the North Seattle areas like Bryant, Hawthorne Hills, Ravenna, Greenlake, Phinney Ridge etc have either flattened or are rising slightly over the last few months.
