What is the Difference Between Signing and Closing?

Many clients do not realize there is a difference between Signing and Closing.  Often they think that once they have signed the documents at escrow, that their transaction has closed and they have either bought the home or sold their home.  But actually signing is just one step in the process to get to closing.  Signing is usually done a day or two in advance of closing.   Check out this great article on the difference and what happens.
