What did you like best about your Agent?
Let me count the ways.... Jenn was absolutely fabulous to work with - very personable and professional. She is not afraid to work hard and went above and beyond to make sure our house was receiving the attention it needed from prospective buyers. Jenn often visited the house to check on it, and clean up here and there where needed. (We moved out of the area soon after our house went on the market.) Jenn also was always available to us for any questions that came up. Our calls were always answered or returned promptly.

What was the best advice they gave you?
Jenn gave us advice from the color to paint the kitchen and exterior, to the most most competitive price to list the house. Her advice was most helpful in the beginning as we were trying to decide how best to budget the money to update/remodel the house and also later, when we were entertaining offers and trying to barter back and forth over the selling price. She has been there for every detail and we appreciate all her advice.
